Hello folks!
Having recently acquired an ol SIP Migmate Super (a 110, I think) I thought I'd try & elbow in on this forum.
And............
Straight away ask for some advice!
This welder I have is clearly going to need a bit of fettling, before it gives of its best. One of the first things I looked at was the torch.
Now, there are two wires in there. One, red one, to the trigger, which is connected to the metal tang tha touches the metal casing of the wire carrier. And one, white one.
The white one isn't connected to anything - which seems strange.
Can anyone who has one of these machines advise if this is a redundant wire, or if it should be connected to anything? And if so, what?
Happy splattering.
Andy
