Complete virgin to the world of Welding, and i imagine like most, i am completely confused by all the terms and equipment i keep reading about... so here i am, joining a forum of people who seem to know what they are talking about!
My aim in the welding world is to be able to work on cars. its that simple! I am intending to go to college for the next two years (Sep 08) and do the whole mechanical engineering course and then moving to opening my own workshop. Mechanically i have already covered most things with my own vehicles and the military vehicles at work, so now its time to suss out Welding!
I guess my first question really is.... Mig welding for cars.... right????
