Hi i have just started to learn to weld first attempt to-day, as i want to repair my own car as a hobby the welder came with 0.09 wire is this to heavy for car body panel mig welding I bought the machine from sealy its a mighty mig 100 minimum setting 50amp max 100 amp

Sounds like a gasless MIG.

Gasless and a 50A minimum is way too hot for body work. You need 30A minimum and preferably gas with 0.6 or 0.8mm wire.

i guess i should have done some more research however ive bought it . if i flange the joints instead of butt weld is their away this would work?
