i thought it was about time i joined this forum formally if only to say thanks to you all !!
this place has been a mine of usefull info whenever i have been stuck with anything mechanical and never more so than over the last few months as i have been trying to retore an old mgb
this is a 1964 mgb that my dad has owned for about 30 years for the first 20 years it was stored in a barn before he built a garage to house it and someday restore it, someday never seemed to arrive so last year i got bored and decided to have a go myself (luckily he seemed quite happy about me tearing it apart while he was away in cornwall)
so heres a few pics
