Hello everyone,

Im Tom, 16 and from Derby. Have a 1973 Mini 850 Im rebuilding. So far Ive done a bit of welding. Front floor pans, few patches on back seat but have a fair bit left.
Mainly rebuilding the backend at the moment. Boot floor repair section, hinge panel, corner repairs, rear valence, patches and rear quarter!


I mainly come on here when I decide my Mini is too hard, then look at your welding which proves that NO car can be too hard to restore!

Welcome to the forum. Nothing is too hard, they just take far too much time. I like to not set any time limits and just do restorations for fun when I'm in the mood.

Have you taken any photos of the Mini during the rebuild that you could post - sounds like a big job.
