Hello, and welcome to the Forum!
That 140i machine has good reviews, and the Eastwood company has a good reputation.
The MIG function has an all-metal wirefeed assembly. The welder comes with a TIG torch and, importantly, a 3-year warranty. It runs on a 110-volt only supply, and needs 20 Amps. You would need a 5000 Watt generator to run it.
