Hi Everyone.
My names Ben from edinburgh and I own a mk2 Honda crx vtec which I'm currently rebuilding to use as my weekend/track/fun car. I have owned it for nearly a year but have only covered 400 miles in that time due to me being a fussy ****** and wanting everything perfect before I use it again.
At the moment the car is just a rolling chassis but I have a special engine which I have just finished building ready to drop into her as soon as I have finished welding and painting the engine bay.
Got a few bits of rust to attend to on the sills but nothing major, It was resprayed professionally by the previous owner but they have done a rubbish job as micro blisters have started to appear everywhere so I have made the decision to deal with the bodywork myself with the help of a good friend and fingers crossed my dad's friends spray booth and oven to get it as mint as possible, it's verging on OCD but it keeps the happy.
Anyways heres a picture of my pride and joy just before I took her off the road.
looks a hell alot different as pretty much everything has been changed/uprated so should be a bit of a monster when its on the road. I know its probably not upto everyones tastes but it keeps me out the pub
Cheers, Ben
