Hi all, im useless with this forum stuff but figured I should post on here first before attacking you all with the many many questions I have.
I have some experience with both mma and mig although this was over 9 years ago. I did do a welding course in a local college back then also. I then went to my current job (spanner monkey on aircraft) so have never had a need to weld. I am doing the usual car restoration and will soon need to pick your brains on some equipment.
I have been looking at this site for a few years now but as you can see this is my first post so go easy on me.

An 1986 s12 silvia. Pretty young compared to some on here, luckily shes not got much rust either. I will be cutting out the old rear shock struts to make way for coilovers as the originals are for shock only with seperate springs. Good bit of cutting and welding to do there. I also need to modify my gearbox crossmember to allow complete fitment of the sr engine Im fitting.
