My name Jay and am into restoring Lambrettas, currently got a shocking no gas hobby mig which is lethal in the wrong hands.
1. permanently live
2. erratic wire feed
3. blows holes in panel for fun.
I'm looking to change it for a snap on 130turbo £40 works but has no gas or regulator. is it worth it??
I'm a coachbuilder by trade (but now a production engineer). and have some experience with Mig/ Arc welding however that was 15years ago, so will be asking some questions to refresh my memory.
I've been lurking in the back ground for a while the forum looks fantastic with plenty of experts only to willing to help.
