I've bin rude. been asking questions but haven't properly introduced myself. so here we go.
As said in my topic about regulators, I come from the Netherlands. I've bin jumping between NL and UK last few years, but think I'm settled now in Devon. I'm trained as a Toolmaker, so can work with all kinds of tools in a workshop, lathe, mill, etc.. And I've also had some training in welding.
then in 2009 i started working in a welding workshop where did lots of different jobs, and got trained more in welding. I also started to use there a big guillotine and press brake, so learned even a bit of sheet metal work. In between of the work always bin working on bikes and cars and all kind of mechanical things because that's what we man do
Sadly though here in Devon where I'm now I haven't found a metal working job jet, so I'm in the building trade.
But I kind of need my welder again, because I just love welding, I miss the sparks, heat, smell of melting hair all the nice stuff
and i need it for some steel work i will be doing
