Hi everyone,
I'm Richard from Wolverhampton I did have a dabble with TIG quite a few years ago and the information on here helped me a lot.

Then a friend wanted to learn to weld, so I sort of donated my welder to him as actually he was a lot better than me and it got a lot more use.

Now I'm feeling the need for sparks, heat and making things again. In particular those Rocket Stoves. I'm shopping for a little inverter MMA at the moment mainly due to space then I'll be raiding the off cuts for some practice.
I'll post pictures of my progress, or not, for your entertainment.

Have a look in Lidl to see if they have any of their MMA welders left [although it's unlikely as they went like snow off a dyke], a good little and cheap set which was getting good reports here from those who bought one.

EDIT: Might have been Aldi had those - it was one or the other.....
