I am setting up a sadblasting business. It is something I have wanted to do for a while now, since helping a firend out a few years ago. I recently bought the blast pots and pipes and now need a compressor. I will be looking at an Ingersoll Rand P600 compressor tomorrow. It produces 600 CFM which is powerful enough to run the two clemco 2452 blast pots I have.
According to the manual, the P600 compressor has 4 air outlets. 2 x 3/4" - 1 x 2" - 1 x 11/4" (2.3/4").
This is the compressor.
The couplers on the end of my blast pot compressor hoses that connect to the compressor are 1" and the coupler on the end of my air line hose that connect to the compressor is 3/4. The question I have is:
Can I change the 2 couplers from 3/4" to 1" and the 2" to 3/4" without changing any of the piping?
This is all new to me and I am on a learning curve, so any help will be gratefully appreciated.
