help id this compressor

Please help id this compressor i need a new set of rings and gasket it would be ashame to bin it as it made 40psi with sticky rings 15mm of gasket missing and all the valves sticking open thanks guys it has made in italy on it

It looks like the generic type of pump they fit on Clarke, SIP and so on.

You may be able to order rings by size, Google "Piston rings by size"

Ok bud i have found one similar but the head and valve plate is not the same its the head gasket i need as well il keep on trying google and so on the find the make

You could always make a head gasket.

Good man i forgot about gasket paper what about big end shells thay are split shells

Again, it may be worth trying by size. Try to find the correct OD, you may be able to have the crank ground to suit a standard ID

To me it looks like an abac pump, I think there made in Italy. What are the markings on the end plate in the first picture or does it just say made in italy

B/10/40 made in italy that is it bud it looks very similar to the abac pumps i found one on ebay the seller says his is the same on his the valve plate is different

I have found an id plate on the tank continitori metallici made in italy 1983

The pump motor looks similar to the Snap that I have been repairing in this thread but you have a lot more fins. The valve plate in yours however is identical (see page 4 on my thread).
The gasket between the valve plate in mine had split between one of the inlets / outlets, managed to get some gasket materiel from a local Engine Workshop and fixed it, running like a beauty now :-)

I think mine is an ABAC B3000 but I am not sure.

Have a look here for some info maybe? Its and American company but there is a lot of info and exploded diagrams, never found a valve plate the same as mine but the complete Valve Assembly from the B3000 probably would have fitted? The pump closest to mine like I said was a B3000 which is now obsolete, but some parts are still available?
What Compressor is the Pump off of?
