Help On How To Setup Galvanising

Does anyone know how to setup galvanising in a garage as i have a few small car parts to do

is it easy to set it up????

Do you mean hot dip galvanising like they do buckets or zinc plating, like nuts & bolts?

How is it empty with water in ? The answer to "do you mean hot dip galvanising or zinc plating ?" is not " yes ", it has to be one or the other You can buy plating kits from places like Frost.co.uk but hot dip is not something you do in an empty tank with water in.

Buy it in a can...cold galv. Not really a DIY thing, large vats of acids and molten zinc.....

I think you might be confusing Galv with Passive plating. Galv requires molten Zinc, where as Passive plating only requires mild heating of chemicals and electricity
