I have got myself a Jasic WSE 200P Tig welder and it has 9 adjustable dials. It does both AC & DC welding. I am a virgin in the field of tig welding and have only welded using other systems for my own personal use and am therefore not a professional welder. There was no handbook with the machine as I got it off the good old ebay. The dials are marked as follows:-
1. Pre flow timer
2. Output current
3. Base current
4. Slope out timer
5. Arc force
6. Pulse frequency
7. Pulse duty
8. Area width adjustment
9. Post flow
I have some idea of what some of the dials control but if any body can give me a run down on what each does and on which metals it does it for I would be very thankful. I got the machine intending to use it on thin car steel but would like the option of being able to use it on thicker ferrous and even ali if possible.
Cheers in anticipation Michael T
