Hey there, my names Nicki and i am new so please be nice!

My husband and i run a garage in cornwall and he has been welding for years, i have been having a go for a while but recently i have got very interested in it and have started to really enjoy it, today we also got a plasma cutter so i have been practicing on that most of the afternoon as well.

I am hoping to learn a lot here as i really enjoy the welding i have done so far!

Got my plasma cutter early this year. Boy does that spoil you My jigsaw/tin snips will probably never see the light of day for many months.

I got the welding bug about 18 months ago. Learned a lot from this site. Great group here.

I am glad to hear there are some ladies on here, i am a member on a few car forums and always seem to be the only female! It can get hard work at times!
