hi found this site after searching google im looking to buy a cheap mig welder for some small jobs and my car mainly bodywork and exhausts does anybody know of any cheap ones for sale or where i could get a cheap second hand 1 cheers scott

Started of thinking that way myself but you really are better to buy new probably a Clarke welder is best in this price range.

Would stay away from secondhand if at all possible.

Any in the range would suit. I would recommend you go for the best you can afford as you will alway find something you need more amps for. If you do a search this subject has been covered many times before. Min 30 amps for body work.

As for where to buy you can pm weldequip as he is stocks Clarke welders and is highly recommend by alot of members on this site.
