Well after watching for so long I've finally asked a question so i best introduce myself. I'm Tom and Ive been welding for 10 years or so full time, mainly structural steel, GnR and Aggy stuff. I started in Ag college and then saw the light. I got a job as a monkey at a local fab firm and worked my way up, got my en287 all positions and eventually ran the shop of a small firm. I've recently set up on my own. What a silly idea it was so easy knowing you had X coming in each month and no business out goings.It'll be right though got a Ag building this week and maybe a car/personnel bridge(fingers crossed)

Welcome aboard tomb,
A brave move setting up on your own, but worthwhile, I did it 3 years back and have no regrets. I think positivety helps a lot. Good luck.
