hi all my name is john been welding now for over 15 yrs now started with working for my dad doing ironwork then moved on to working for the good old nhs in a big career change.now fed up with the its being run(very badly) and thinking of making a return to ironwork if the work is there.

Probably a bad time for a career change to be honest. Not a great deal of work around, especially for someone starting out from new. I think you may be better sticking with what you have until times improve a little!

Plenty of people that can do this line of work round there mind. I spent a few years in Plymouth, miss it from time to time.
