I've actually been browsing this fantastic site for weeks now.. Thought it was about time i joined and said hi..

I've just purchased my first welder (clarke 160en) and enrolled on a evening course.

I'll keep you guy posted on my progess.

Just a short 6 week course at glos cat. just to get the basic really.

Been intrested in welding for ages, so i thought at 34 i'd give it a try especially as i have an old VW T25 and vitara on the drive and every mot it seems to cost me a small fortune.. Hopefully my welder will pay for it's self in no time. :-) Just wish i'd learnt before getting rid of my fiat x19. That was a real rust bucket but soooo fun to drive. :-)
