Hi everyone, I have been reading through the forum for about a while now gathering inspiration for my Range Rover rebuild that I mentioned in my first post.
I don't think that I can contribute much info.on welding, I was introduced to Stick and Gas welding at school thirty odd years ago (yes I am that old that I went to school when they did real metal work lessons). Over the years I have patched up a few motors, I think my worst welding sin was to weld sidecar brackets to a XJ650 (?) Yamaha, well I was young and foolish.
Next year's project is the Rangie which has been festering on my drive for the last ten years, with your help it could be good for the winter snow of 2012/13

Sorry to go all quite having only just introduced myself but I got back from working on a project in Brussels on Wednesday night and then off to Austria for a bit of early season snow on Friday morning. This phone is a right pita so if I am not here during the week hope you all have a good run up to Christmas.
