Hi Guys,
Joined the forum only a few weeks back now after searching the Internet for a new mig.
Came across the forum and thought it was really good how you helped other people from all over the world get to grips with welding, or general chit chat between the more experienced among you.
I was self-taught with Oxy/Acetylene and manual arc, and although tried Mig and Tig over the years, I found it very hard to put down the Oxy/Acetylene torch for car bodywork repair.
Anyway, thanks to Steve (weldequip) I received my new Portamig 215 yesterday, and thought I would post and say ‘thank you’ to all of you for posting your reviews on various machines, therefore, leading to my purchase.
Keep up the good work, and thanks again Steve for a first class service.
Stewart
