I think you could weld it with tig using silicon bronze filler rods, the type you use to weld cast iron and the likes.

Sorry I don't know for sure I'm just guessing.

There's a couple of threads on other forums about welding cast bronze, the consensus is that AC with a bias to de-oxidising is needed;

It looks like that it's quite like welding aluminium in that respect; trial and error is required.
