Hi all.
Just joined the forum , some really cool stuff on here. Live in Sheffield , and been involved with welding , mainly on Auto stuff for about 25 years.
Couple of projects that my lad and i built from scrap bikes and scrap tube etc. Caught the bug from American chopper really , some of these are a few years old now

Thanks madkayaker , no the gun does'nt work. I did try to get hold of a de- commission shotgun , but i was told i still needed a shotgun licence to get one , and also both barrels would have to be split down the length so it would not be able to recommision it. The splits would have also taken all the strength away as the gun is structural to the frame.
Gun is made from scrap 1 inch tube , 1/8 inch flat plate and English elm wood

Only curve on the bikes that went through a roller was the backbone on the red bike. All the other bends were either salvaged from pre bent tube , or bent in a fork in the trunk of an old cherry blossom tree in my garden LOL. Little bit at a time to prevent kinking

some realy neat work you have done their. well done.
i have a pair of these in my shed i have bean thinking of throwing out a few times as their just taking up what little space i have already. they came off the same electric bike as the one in the picture below. they would probably make a good start to a chopper bike? the frames off them went to the scrap man.
