My names Matt im from Sydney Australia i have about 5 years spray painting experience but absolutely nothing in welding, hehe

Thinking of buying a welder just for little diy stuff at home odds and evens and maybe car work.

Could you guys have a look at this item on eBay and let me know if it is an ok welder i can work out what the minimum amp is, ive read for car work would need to be less than 30.

is it a chinese one? It says european design, which often means the same thing. ie: designed in europe made in china or somewhere similar. We have quite a few Auzzie forum members maybe thay could help you if they recognize it, as i cant see the makers name. Which may well be intentional ?
