Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member here

I've been lurking for a while reading all of the tutorials and threads to get a basic understanding of Mig welding.
My interest started after I had a roll cage fitted to my trackday project car, and I thought "I could do that". Shortly after a friend gifted me with a Clarke 151Te turbo that he no longer had any interest in.
I have been practising my technique for the last 2 nights on some 1.5mm sheet and will post some pics of my attempts in the learning mig welding section. I hope to better my skills and with a bit of luck attempt a few jobs on my project before it goes off to paint.

). As you say they have helped a great deal in giving me an understanding of the basic's of Mig welding.
