Hey guys, Hows things?
I just joined the forum and reading through some posts of interest, some cracking projects on here. I paul, I work fulltime for royalmail, but I'm starting a One day a week night MIG welding course in Capenhirst (sp?) near Ellesmere port in September, I cant wait, Thinks it's costing arouns £250 for 12 weeks at Level 1, then I will see how it goes and move onto Level 2 the following year.
I have 2 project cars here, both Peugeot 205's, One graphite grey track biased (using as daily driver at the moment) the other a White project restoration road car, I have a few jobs to do on each and would like to include some bracing and more roll cage triangulation.
I have hade some limited experiance using a SIP gassless MIG, It didnt go well and turned out with rubbish welds and a anoying sticking welder problem, iam on the look out for a Clarke turbo mig to get me through the course and sort my two cars out.
Thats all for now, look forward to reading the information on the forum.
Regards.
Paul.
