im new to this forum,im a motor mechanic and aircraft engineer- i like cars for summer! to date we have an old 3 phase stick welder,oxy accetlene, a useless clarke gassless mig and a recently purchased and yet to be wired miller 275s tig, the latter being the one i need the help with, i want to do some nice alloy work for under the bonnet of my car eg catch tanks ect and use it for light body repairs

ha certainly not! im just a mechanic,i have never done any welding courses ect and dont have time right now, i know a little about nissan skylines.massy fergusun tractors and boeing 737s and i much prefer not to think about,hear or see the latter! so anybody know more about the miller tig 275s or have i bought an odd lemon lol

although the forum is mainly about welding members do ask for advice on a whole range of things including cars but i havnt seen a request for 737 info. yet
the closest thing to the 737 i know about on the forum is member Debs she has built her own plane

thats quite an achievement! unfortunately for me im only interested in vehicles with tracks or wheels and turbos!
