I have HMG coach paint and work to do with it but no thinner for brush painting. In England I used HMG 2614 as its slow enough to allow careful manipulation of the finish, brush mark free in fact. No courier apart from UPS with very large shipping fees will deliver from England so I am looking for an alternative slow thinner readily available in mainland Europe.
I need thinner because the work will be multi day and the temperatures for work will likely have 15 celsius differences on different days.
Xylene, naptha? Paint chemistry and technology is not my forte and I am loathe to ask HMG, if I worked for them I would say sorry we have no recommendations for third party products. HMG are not represented in mainland Europe which is a crying shame for me at least.
