I was asked by a friend to come up with an hoop la game for the local village fete. Which in itself wouldn't have been too bad. Problem was, I only had 24 hrs notice, oh, and could it have a Tour De France theme, and cost nothing?
One appeal on freecycle later I had a scrap bike, an old shop trolley, and some yellow paint. Set off cutting, grinding etc, and then Sod's law the mig set packed in. Anyway here is the final result with barely dry paint.
