How do I reverse an electric motor?

it's an old SEM 0.25HP 240v Single phase.
It has 5 connections:

A1:
Black into motor
another Black into motor
Neutral from Mains

A2:
Yellow into motor
Live from mains

Z1:
Dirty Blue or green into motor
Blue to Capacitor

K1:
Black into motor
Blue to capacitor

Z2:
Yellow into motor
Red into motor
another yellow into motor.

cover plate says:
A1 Neutral
A2 Live
"To reverse rotation change over blue & yellow leads"

Can anyone help me with this?

Disconnect the yellow & blue wires, put the yellow wire on the terminal the blue wire came from and connect the blue wire to the terminal the yellow wire came from.

I would say the Dirty blue/green on Z1 and the yellow on Z2, although I wouldn't like to say which yellow!
