Finally had a bit of time to remove the wheels but need a way of fixing temp I might need to remove it from time to time so not perminant the metal looks about 1mm under neath not realy strong enught to cable tie it and the plastic feet look they will fly off they are held on by 2 small m4 mechine screws so can't realy attach with them and can't just strap around as need access to side opening
I would have thought a stud (say 3/8") through the trolley and bottom of the welder with spreader plates each side of the welder's bottom. Use a wing nut to secure the welder and a spacer on the exposed part of the stud between the welder and trolley to stop the bottom of the machine bending when you tighten the nut.
I made the shelf out of angle with a sheet in the bottom so the welder is held in and if I want to take it anywhere I just sling a bungee round it to keep it in place.
my first idea was to box it round but apart from the fact i dont have much about 1.5 foot of angle is my first problem as its at the moment its cost me about 50p i want to try to keep it costing very little
and i dont realy trust my self and my fat A** to give it a good nudge and have it tople off
