How to fix a marley tile?

Got a couple of cracked tiles up on the roof.
Been told they are Marley double roman.(see pic) . Had a look on youtube on how to replace one, it shows how to knock up a couple above the offending tile in order to remove it.
But on testing this method on the porch roof the tiles will only slide up about an inch or so. I tried a few, they're all the same.
They don't seem nailed, just seem to be butting against a batten maybe.
How would they be removed?
Got someone coming today, with some reclaimed tiles, just want to know if they know what they are doing.

The moss and rubbish tends to stop them going up, if you are a bit rougher and lift the row above then slide that helps.

Sometimes a slate ripper works well as a shoe horn.

Lift the bottom edge of the tile up then push it, some are nailed and will not slide. Pull the ones above out to get to the broken ones.

You need three hands.....

As above you do need 3 hands, a cement trowel helps to lift the tiles above the one your trying to replace, its not difficult just fiddly

for most models of tile its lift to the left by 2 tiles using a piece of wood latte

this stops the weight holding the above tiles down lift to the right also using the same method so 3 tiles lifted at front

slide a screwdriver under the tile next to the broken tile then grab and lift the broken one and slide to the left and slide out

Just grab them like they owe you an unpaid debt and manhandle ..depending where there are in relation to the underfelt sometimes the top of tile grabs the bottom laps of felt, or of course they might be on a nailed course.Either way no tools needed except the hairy two on your arms.
