How to set pressure switch

Hi guys I have just bought a 3 phase abac 200litre compressor i changed the motor to a single phase put it on started it up no problem can't seem to adjust pressure right ,it's only going up to about 70 and coming back on when it gets to 20 I have no idea how to adjust , it's only got 1 gauge on it with a regulator wee brass thing I think on it ,when I took off black cover there is 2 silver screws to turn a spring up and down , any help would be good thanks again

Some pressure switches have one big spring and a screw/nut to set the cut off pressure, the differential is fixed, usually at 30 psi.

Other switches have a big spring and a screw/nut to set the cut off pressure, and another screw/nut to set the differential. Altering the cut-off can affect the differential.

The differential screw is sometimes marked with a triangle.

Other switches have two identical large-ish springs and a screw/nut on each, these are adjusted together and equally to set the cut-off pressure, differential is pre-set.

Tightening the adjuster increases the cut-off pressure.
