Hydraulic oil

I need some hydraulic oil for this old beast, works in reverse to normal power hacks, in that it pumps it down to cut and it's either spring or motor weight to return.
All I know is it's thin and clear.

The specified oil for my reciprocating saw is no longer available but a local bulk oil supplier advised a HP 150 hydraulic oil was an acceptable substitute RonA

ISO 46 covers most things especially older machinery with worn seals. I got mine for the splitter from Aztec oils, good price for 20 litres.

local tractor shop will have plenty of 46 grade Hyd oil in stock......
them or a Hyd hose suppliers...u can buy just a gallon....er 5 ltrs.....
I'll be useing this oils as coolant for the lathes and mill very soon....instead of that dilute overpriced oil.....
