Hydrovane 23 service help needed; paging Gary900r?

I've just bought one of these and it's in need of a service; the oil is a bit manky(dark red like ATF) and the separator element has developed a hernia(the separator chamber was chock full of emulsified oil, so presumably there's a blocked drain somewhere)! Can you assist with a service manual? I contacted Hydrovane but they sent me the manual for a 68 for some reason.

pm me a email address and I can access the Hydrovane site and get one for you. Do you have the serial no of the unit so I can get the correct manual.
Hydrovane 2000 hour oil is a red colour.
The blocked part would be the oil return valve. Just below the pressure gauge is a plate held on with 4 screws. Behind the plate is a gasket, on the right is the safety valve and on the left the oil return valve. Inside the oil return valve is a orifice plate either the plate is blocked or the sintered bronze filter is blocked give these a clean (ultrasonic is best).
The oil is emulsified due to running for short periods preventing a good running temperature being reached.

Cheers for that, it should be a great help; all I to do need now is devise a 3phase supply and I'll have more compressed air than I know what to do with!
