Hydrovane 5, helppp. Manual?

Hi decided to give my working hydrovane 5 a service, pulled it all to pieces. I found a valve type object in the casing when i split it up, it looks like bend piece of metal with a spring and acts like either a pressurr relief valve or a nrv, i have no idea were its from. I dont no the history of my compressor, bought second hand, been using it for 1year with no probs.

Ive built the compressor back up and its struggling to reach 60psi now , ive got the correct shims fitted and new gaskets, has anybody got a copy of a manual or ipc that could be emailed to me at jowell16@hotmail.com, because im really stuck.
