Hydrovane 6

I have a hydrovane 6,

My problems are two fold, The motor does not run using the normal start stop buttons.

If I push the contacter in the panel the motor runs and it produces air,

So why does the orange light come on sometimes and not others.
I have fitted new fuses on the panel to no avail.

Second air escapes from a plate on top of the compressor held by four allen screws and it does not seem to produce more than 2 bar/20 to 30 psi.

I have attached photo's as a post is no good without

sorry mate I know nothing about them.

When I come across things like this I usually phone a dealer and see if I can speak to some one, not sure if this is applicable to you tho.

Hydrovane

sorry me neither, we had a hydrovane in a workshop supplying several joiners benches, it ran everything air sanders jigsaws, router, trimmer etc, massive Cu Ft per min I think there was more Cu ft than pressure, and about 120/150 PSI with an almost non existant receiver, Three phase, and unbelievably LOUD.
But it ran every working day non stop for more years than I care to remember.Trouble free as well
