Hydrovane HV02 help needed

Hi, just bought a pair of single phase hydrovanes (01 and 02) both were sold to me as working and are in as new cosmetic condition, aparently only used as standby units, serviced the 01 and that's working fine. Was unable to test the 02 when collected as fitted with a 16A plug, connected it today, buzzed and tripped out, spilt the unit and the compressor stage is seized solid, checked the oil and doesnt look too bad, will drain tomorrow and check for shrapnel! Has anybody come across this before? Also does anyone have a parts list /sevice manual in .pdf format please? Thanks in advance, Paul.

Not a lot of help, but put HVane compressors into search on site and there is a fair amount of people here running them.

Drained the oil this morning, no metal residue but a fair bit of water, now I have a manual will strip down this afternoon and let you know.
