Hypertherm powermax 30 problem

Hi guys I was hoping for some help recently I was using my plasma cutter when all of a sudden it stopped no power to anything I took the cover off and there is power reaching the board but it looks as if this has melted? I was wondering if this could cause the problem and what it is and where I could fine a new one
