I stripped down my compressor to give it a clean and fix a leak from a connector on the head but when I put the compressor back together I had air ******* out the switch cover when then engine was running. I then turned the compressor back on and it ran for a few seconds before the motor died. I've checked the check valve and there was some dirt in there but I cannot test the compressor as the thing won't turn on. So could someone tell me how to test if the engine is work as I don't want to order parts from hong kong to find the compressor is knackered.
I've just found a rest button and tested the motor straight to the mains and it's working. Would anyone where I can buy a new switch from as I just broken the unloader valve.
