I want to make some candle holders for the garden from old food cans has any one done similar?

can they be welded together easily enough and I am planning to cut the shapes out with the plasma cutter

They look great ...I had a go at welding tins together, it kind of worked but you had to be fast, the metal does not like the heat....jeff...

they do look pretty nice I imagine them to look even better lit up at night. I got a plentiful supply of various size cans just need to brush up on the skills to make them. I better dust off the old mig that I have only used once I cant see the arc welder doing a good job on those.

had a mess around tonight with some cans and the mig and the plasma cutter took a while to get the mig going again it has been sat idle for a year or 2

made a few different desings they look ok
