Hi Guys,
Unlike most of the members here, I'm not restoring a car!
First of all, thanks to Malcolm for setting up the BBS. From subscribing to a (totally unrealted) BBS, I know it can be hard work - if it really takes off (the other BBS has over 50,000 members) Malcolm is going to regret it!
Malc, if you ever need to appoint "Mods", I'll volunteer! (if you don't know what I mean, you "ain't seen nuthin yet"
I'm with a company (see my profile and home page) that renovates, levels, smoothes, and supplies equipment for, soccer fields, golf courses, Royal Palaces (!) and municipalities.
So my welding needs are less frequent (usually when my own machines go "t1tzup") but often heavier metal.
A lot of good info here for the total Newbie (me!) and I look forward to getting advice on equipment and - hey, hopefully - when I finally take the plunge, maybe passing on a few tips that I have found.
Stu, the busy tractor driver every Summer
