[This post is for @gaz1 ]
In the beginning.....there was bubble wrap.....LOTS of bubble wrap....
I finally got round to unboxing the Quorn cutter/grinder I bought back in the mists of time [yes, it's taken me a while, but I wanted to try to clear my feet of other 'projects' before embarking on this ].
Three boxes full of bits, as seen here
Condition looks pretty good and well made, with only very slight surface corrosion of a few of the bits, which might have happened in the cave, as opposed to before I got it - 000 wire wool and WD-40 should take care of that no problem and I can take my time so as not to sicken myself of it.
[I have no idea what the sprung counter-balance thingy which can be seen in the first pic is doing in there?]
I'll probably dip into it between essential jobs, like cooking, gardening, and other 'domestic' chores which demand attention .
It's a good job I have The Quorn book to refer to, but if anyone's into jigsaw puzzles.......
As an aside, all the individual wrapped 'parcels' were held closed by stickers from this Company http://joysonsafety.com/ , I wonder if the previous owner worked for them?
