Just been offered a big compressor thats been dragged out of a defunct unit, its an Ingersol rand type 30 pump coupled to a 5.5kw 3 phase. Big 300 ltr tank.
Looks ideal for my new unit but its a condition of the agreement plus requirement of my insurers that it be tested, anyone have any idea how much a pressure test is going to cost or will it be automatically condemmed as too old, i imagine it was built in the1980's.
