Inherited mystery compressor bin it or hang on to it?

So I have acquired a compressor (never having owned one) - now this thing is old (mid 70's), heavy and odd....
Anyone know if it's worth hanging onto (it works) - I have a desire to do some Soda blasting but I'm guessing that with what appears to be 2 freezer compressors on it there is not a hope of getting the CFM required - plumbing wise it appears the 2 compressors are in parallel, but there is a spigot on each compressor that is "spare" the left one has got a bung in it, the right one is open to atmosphere not sure how it should be.

Have a look at the Clarke Sshhhhhh range.

This would not be much use for anything more demanding than air-brushing

The blocked-off stub is where the refrigerant would be introduced when these pumps are used in freezers.

I would keep hold of it, beauty is it should be virtually silent,
these can be just left on and you will have a silent air supply ok for blowing tyres etc or the odd quick blast of air might take a while to build up but if your need is not massive who cares.These pumps can go to very high pressure that can give you more useful air store capacity, after all a tank of air is always handy (well I think so).

Even if it won't do your needs I wouldn't be in a rush to part with it, one of the drawbacks of most compressors is the horrible noise so it must be worth something.

as said airbrush or for blowing tires up or an air blow gun for blowing dust out of machines

Pretty much as I suspected -when I was about 10 my Dad made a compressor to air brush my airfix kits. The compressor was made from a fridge pump and a bit of 9 inch steel pipe capped as a resevoir.
This thing is very quiet but given my limited space and it's size and weight ~100kg it will probably have to go.....
