These are ok too Oceans, collet can spin around in these one also, not the first time I've had to lay tungsten side on to bench with a little side pressure to allow tightning up on both type torches.
these USED to be the industary standard about 15 years ago, good torches, hardwareing and will not burn out. However, too many replicas on the market now,not just the torch but the spare parts as well. Stopped using them when tungsterns kept falling out of collets which later found were copies.
Just ordered some spares for my interlas 301 torch
From http://www.weldmet.co.uk/index.php My torch is a Parweld copy of the Interlas torch, so we'll see how well that works out.
One good thing about weldmet is that they will sell you one collet or one ceramic cup. My local supplier said they could only sell collets and ceramics in packs of 5. Probably ok if you weld full time, but a big hit in the wallet if you're a hobbyist welder!
