inverter trouble shoot?

Hi my arcotec tx150e Inverter isn't working. Turn it on and the fan runs. But go to use the arc welder it won't strike an arc even on the earth clamp. Tried to see if the tig torch would work but no joy on HF start.
Its in a concrete garage which is dry. I have issues of condensation on steel stakes and anvil. Particularly in cold weather and I've had the fan heater on, or been using propane burners.
Any ideas of where to start looking to see what's wrong?

Not a lot of help, but Calor,Propane heaters generate an unblievable ammount of condensation on cold metal, fan heater on the other hand I dont have a problem with, indeed I stopped using the calor Gas altogether. Condensation = rust

Check for internal fuses, when you have the cover off check for loose connections, blown components, scorch marks etc.
(Make sure mains supply is off and watch out for residual charge in capacitors).

Thanks. I'll strip it down tomorrow and see what I find. Though I feel a trip to the arc doctor might be needed as the post gas control doesnt work anymore. Runs for 8 sec after shut off.
