Is this air fed mask a good deal? / Gun recommendation?

Hi guys, can anyone advise me on this air-fed mask?

Price looks competetive, but I'd appreciate some info if anyone has used one similar?

Also looking for pointers on a reasonable spray gun for general metalwork painting for not too much cost.

the mask looks ok to me its a good brand, but is your compressor upto running a mask aswell as a spray gun the mask will use at approx 6 cfm

Hi, thanks for that. Yes I have a couple of compressors - 14 cfm and just over 20 cfm which I can run simultaneously, so should be ok for air (good point though, I'd forgotten to check that!).

what will you be painting and i assume that if using an air fed you are going to use 2k paint

I'll be spraying Mordant / t-wash solution, Panel Wipe, 2 pack etch primer and xylene based topcoats. I saw no reference to 2k or not 2k when buying them, so I don't know if they are or not! But I plan setting up a smallish enclosed spraying area, so I figured a clean air feed would be good?

2 pack etch primer will probably contain Isocyanate which is nasty stuff and should only be used if you have an air fed system t can give you occupational asthma aswell as other nasties

gotta say i dont go much on that HVLP spray system at 64 quid for the lot.
machine mart do some half decent guns that get good results and you have the air to run them
