Don't recognise the make, but the very low weight for a 200A machine makes me suspicious. The duty cycle for full power is pretty poor, but for home tinkering it's unlikely you'd use that setting much.
You'd need 230V which I understand most American homes have to power the range but which would probably involve some house wiring for a convenient socket. To get the full potential it needs 400V which is three phase, uncommon in homes and expensive to fit. What's the US three phase voltage?
The price of that one was over $80 including shipping.
You'd do better to keep an eye open at garage sales, classsified ads etc and get a second hand welder which you could probably sell on for about the price you bought it for if you needed to.
